Package and delivery scope

Each purchase uses an immutable package, price and entitlement snapshot. The delivery clock starts after the required brief is complete and approved.

Revisions and support

Revisions are project-linked change batches. Technical, billing, hosting and domain support tickets do not consume revision credits.
